One Piece Chapter 800

One Piece has hit 800 chapters!! DAYUM! I’m so glad I’ve stuck with it. One piece is literally my top favorite manga/anime. I just love one piece. I love the characters and the story. Okay! I lied. I love MOST of the characters.

The chapter cover confused me a bit. Don’t get me wrong! I get it, it’s snow white and the seven…goats. I see Sanji as the prince but who was snow white. I read that it was Robin, so it’s Robin but my first thought was Viola. I thought Viola was snow white before I read the caption. I thought of Viola because well, it just felt like a better fit than Robin because viola is the ONLY WOMAN WHO’S KISSED SANJI. Sanji hasn’t been successful in locking lips with anyone (not including filler) except for Viola. Plus we all know Robin would most likely kiss Franky. YES!!! I'm a Frobin shipper! I won't deny it! And I know Oda-sensai said that none of the Strawhats are or ever will be romantically involved with each other but that don't mean I can't ship. AND ANOTHER PLUS! in this chapter on page 4 Robin and Franky are wearing the same outfit!! I don't think that was just coincidence! Oda your such a tease. TT_TT

 Anyways! In this chapter Luffy refuses to be the leader of a huge fleet of pirates. If he had, he’d be following Whitebeard’s footsteps because Whitebeard had a massive pirate fleet under him. But Luffy refused which is just like Luffy. He said it was too crowded which also makes sense since I remember that he’s said before that he wanted his crew to be at least ten members. All the other captains are upset because they think Luffy is a great man and want to follow him. Luffy than says “If we’re in trouble I’ll call out to you guys,” than “And if you guys ever need help, just do the same, and we’ll come running!” So basically instead of being their “boss” he just wants to be their friend and to Luffy friends help each other out. The captains are touched by his words and understand that he just wants them to have the freedom to make their own choices and do as they please. Knowing this they drink the sake and claim him as their “boss” against Luffy’s wishes cause they can do whatever the fuck they want. The whole time they were discussing this the fleet of Luffy and his friends were being attacked by another fleet of pirates who had ties with Doflamingo. Fujitora took care of the whole fleet of other pirates with the rubble he was holding up in the sky which was nice of him. He even thanks Luffy for having to clean up after the government and Luffy does that a lot so it's really awesome that someone in the government actually sees that. Smoker kinda sees it but he still wants to capture Luffy but whatever he wasn't in the chapter. The chapter was just what I expected it to be though, a huge party after the defeat of another villain.

Zoro's expression

Zoro made me laugh a lot in this chapter. He kept creeping over Luffy’s sake. Luffy openly admits that he doesn’t like the taste of alcohol which is new information about luffy. I always love learning more about characters in mangas, it almost makes them feel real.  Anyway back to Zoro (the love of my life) he ended up drinking Luffy’s big cup of sake while he wasn’t looking. HEHEHHE And the face he made when Luffy was freaking out about it was beautiful.

I also was wondering about Baby 5. Because you know, Sai is there so shouldn't Baby 5 be there with him or somewhere there since they are a couple now. Or was that couple thing just comedy relief?? I hope not!! I think Sai and Baby 5 are so cute together. I hope to see them together soon because I want them to be cannon. It just must be!
Update: HOLD THE PHONE!! I FOUND BABY 5!! She's cheering with everyone on last page. She's right there between Zoro and Usopp. YES!! Oh I'm so relieved to see her there. It's her back but I can tell that it's Baby 5 cuz who else is wearing a maid outfit.

All in all it was a party chapter that showed us that luffy has obtained more powerful allies and we should see them again in the future. OR!!! He and the fleet are going to have another battle but this time against Kaidou, who is apparently immortal.
